Print Dialog Paper Size

Pirate Ship's troubleshooting page says to choose 4x6 or 100 x 150 mm in the print dialog, and Etsy's help page is summarized as asking for 4 in x 6 in. A label that prints too big, too small or pixelated is a reason to check the paper size first. Pirate Ship also notes that Rollo labels can look pixelated.
