Shipping Desk Editor
Jordan Pike
Jordan runs the printer and label side of Sold Sealed Sent. The method is deliberately plain: open the maker's own support page, open the platform's own printer page, and write down what each one says, with the date it was read. When the two disagree (Shopify's printer list leaves out printers that Pirate Ship's page says will work), the disagreement is the finding.
Jordan does not test hardware and never claims to. Where only a search-result summary of a page was available, the claim is marked as unconfirmed until the page itself has been read, and driver or operating-system claims come from the maker's page only.
The desk writes the printer comparisons, the label-cost guides, the platform compatibility tables and the troubleshooting pages, and links out to the platforms and carriers rather than quoting their rates.
Method note
Maker page, platform page, date read, in that order, before any verdict.
